How does it work?
- What we need: Your ID Book/Card, Payslip and all of your accounts.
- You need to complete and sign the application form.
- Sit back and relax and let us do the rest.
- We give your creditors 14 days notice before the application date. They receive the application by registered mail.
- We accompany you, our client, in privacy to the Magistrates Court where no public is allowed.
- The Magistrate confirms with you which amount you can pay to your combined list of creditors. (All of whom will be paid by this single monthly instalment).
- The rest of your salary remains yours to manage however you see fit!
- The Magistrate will sign and stamp your court order.
- You are now fully protected from creditors harrassing you, showing up at your home or work and embarrassing you.
- We then act as the court appointed administrator, receiving your promised instalment every month.
- We pay your debt and send proof to the creditors, they are not allowed to harass you anymore, they only deal with us!
- When all your debt is paid, you receive a court certified letter as proof of finishing all your debt and this certificate will be sent to all your creditors thus restoring your credit record.
